On July 24th, Thinktech held a special meeting on quality work for the first half of 2025, comprehensively summarizing the effectiveness of quality management work in the first half of the year, systematically deploying key tasks for quality management in the second half of the year, and laying a solid foundation for achieving annual goals and supporting the company’s high-quality development.
Regarding the next stage of quality work, Mr. Saga Lee proposed three requirements:
Firstly, to anchor the target and systematically promote quality improvement
With the goal of improving and surpassing customer satisfaction, continuously improving and enhancing the quality management system, focusing on tackling bottleneck issues such as technology and processes, ensuring that responsibilities are assigned to positions and implemented to individuals, and effectively carrying out quality improvement work in a detailed and practical manner.
Secondly, we must strive for excellence and comprehensively strengthen quality control
Continuously deepen the quality control of design, manufacturing, delivery and other processes, promote the “three modernizations” management of process standardization, operation standardization, and intelligent testing, carry out mass quality activities such as QC teams, and create a good atmosphere for all staff to participate in quality improvement.
Third, must pursue excellence and create a benchmark for industrial chain quality
Focusing on the main business of LED, we will conscientiously summarize our quality management experience, establish a supplier coaching mechanism, help suppliers improve their quality assurance capabilities, achieve win-win cooperation, and build a solid foundation for the quality of the industrial chain.

Meeting Summary
To implement the spirit of the meeting and focus on quality work in the second half of the year, Saga emphasized the need to firmly establish the quality values of “survival through quality, development through quality, and benefits from quality”, with a focus on standardizing raw material technical standards, advancing quality, closed-loop problems, strengthening assessments, and other key tasks. Quality management responsibilities at all levels should be consolidated layer by layer to comprehensively improve the level of quality management. We must firmly establish the concept of quality economy, adhere to the bottom line of quality in the dynamic balance between efficiency and quality, and lay a solid foundation and provide support for the high-quality development of enterprises with excellent product quality and service quality.
